1. What is a trading session?

A trading session corresponds to the operation of the trading system that occurs between the pre- open state and close state. There is only one trading session per day.

Registered Customers of MubasherTrade; Open an account now.

3. What do I need in order to register to Mubasher Online Trading?

The documents required to open an online trading account are as follows :
Original Passport
Drivers License
Investor ID number (Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi)

For UAE Nationals:
National Identification Card
Investor ID number (Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi)

For Companies:
Official company documentation is required.

4. What currencies are used for trading on DFM and ADX?

The only currency allowed on the DFM and ADX is AED (United Arab Emirates – Dirham).

5. What are the service fees and how are they charged?

6. How do I register to MubasherTrade?

New customers who would like to register and begin trading online can do so by opening an account online or by visiting any of our branches.

7. How do I login to MubasherTrade.com?

Open your favorite browser and navigate to our website www.mubashertrade.com .
Log in to the website using your username and password, as shown below:

After signing in, you’ll receive a SMS on your mobile containing the PIN number (One time password) to complete the login process , write it in the box and click “Continue”, as shown below:

9. What does the message "your account is locked" mean, and what shall I do?

Entering the wrong login password for three consecutive times will cause the system to lock the user name for security reasons. To unlock the user name, call MubasherTrade toll free number (800 567 000 / 00971 800567000), and place unlock user name request.

1. What is SMS Authentication?

SMS Authentication is a new extra security feature which secures your login against unauthorized access to your account on www.mubashertrade.com.

2. How does it work?

After you login using your Al Safwa Mubasher number and password, you will receive the SMS on the mobile phone registered at Al Safwa Mubasher. The SMS contains the PIN which you’ll enter in the following screen when prompted.

3. What is the validity of the PIN?

The PIN is valid for one session only. You will require another PIN to login again.

4. What is the timeout of the PIN?

The PIN is valid for 30 minutes, if the PIN was not used within this time, you’ll need another PIN to login. If you entered the incorrect PIN, you can re-enter it within the 30 minutes.

5. How do I make sure that my mobile number is updated on the system?

Please call our call center at 800 567 000 / 00971 800567000 to check and update your current mobile number.

6. I do not have a username, what do I do?

Your username is the Al Safwa Mubasher number supplied to you on the day you opened your account. In order to retrieve your Al Safwa Mubasher number, please call 800 567 000 / 00971 800567000.

7. I tried logging in but I did not receive an SMS, what do I do?

Please contact our call center at 800 567 000 / 00971 800567000 in order to support you. For urgent dealing requests, please call our dealing room 600 567 000.

8. I tried logging in but I got an error message saying “Your login credentials are invalid”, what do I do?

You must have forgotten either your username or your password. Please contact our call center at 800 567 000 / 00971 800567000 in order to reset your password or provide you with your username.

9. Can I register two or more mobile numbers on my account?

We only offer the capability to receive the SMS on one mobile only, however in the future we might consider updating our current system.
